This is a list of recommended walks in the Pieniny including directions and estimated travel time. If you have any special interests in any of the other trails in the Pieniny then we have the appropriate walking maps available here and local knowledge to help you find your way. More details will be given to you about each trail before you start your trips. Walks are listed from easy to most difficult. All tracks in the Pieniny are clearly marked with coloured bands.

4.PIENINY+CASTLES+RAFTING Starting point:-MIZERNA -(fields)- WDZAR -(blue)- CZORSZTYN CASTLE -(boat across the lake in summet season)- NIEDZICA -(red)- SROMOWCE KATY -(rafting down the river)- SZCZAWNICA (ca. 3h 30' of walking time + castels sightseeing + rafting about 2h 30')
